First time registration MUST be done at a location where you have access to the e-mail address you will be signing up with. Your temporary password will be emailed to you during registration.

1. Click the "Sign up and Start Booking" link below. A new window will open to the reservation engine while this window will stay open. You will then be able to read and follow these instructions as you go through the sign-up process.

2. Click the REGISTER button on the right side of the screen.
NOTE: If you already have an account with Teetimes.com please do not reregister. Login using your existing username and password.

3. Enter a username. We recommend using a nickname or your first and lastname together as your username. For example, if your full name is John Smith, you would make your username johnsmith. But you are able to use any username you would like as long as it is not in use by another member. Please remember that your username is case sensitive and can be from 4-20 characters long.

4. Enter your personal information in the spaces provided and click the PROCEED button. All fields are required.

5. Your temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address you entered in the previous step. The e-mail should only take a few minutes to be delivered.

6. Click the "Go to Login" button. You will be redirected back to the main log in page. Enter the username that you created and the temporary password that was emailed to you. Click the "LOG IN AND BOOK" button.

7. You will be prompted when you first login to change your password. Enter your temporary password in the space labeled "Current Password", and then type in your new password and confirm it. Click CHANGE PASSWORD and you are now ready to book tee times by clicking on the "book a tee time link" that appears on the next page.

8. FOR MEMBERS OF THE CLUB: Once you have changed your password, click the "Edit Profile" button, then click the "MEMBERSHIPS" button, both of them are at the top of the screen. Once you are in the membership section you will need to click on the "Memberships" button at the bottom of the page to add your member number. Choose your course from the drop down menu on the left. The course name should appear as Vineyard Golf at Renault Resort and then put your member number in the box on the right. The member number you enter must be entered exactly as it is in the course database. (If you have forgotten your member number, or if you are not sure how the course has your name listed, please contact the course at 1-609-965-2111 or contact Teetimes.com at 1-888-325-8808) Click PROCEED.

9. You are now ready to book a tee time. Go to the Main Menu and click on the Book a tee time button. Please e-mail support@teetimes.com with details of any problems that may arise.
